  • Processing times may be longer during:

    • Carrier disruptions

Orders are shipped only after processing has been completed.

Delivery Time

Because of these variables, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

EU Compliance

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Odorvex is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities

  • Lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by weather, global events, strikes, or transportation disruptions

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please contact your local postal service or shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs

  • Refunds will not be issued for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Additional carrier fees or return fees may apply

International customers are solely responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT charges

  • Government-imposed fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.

Odorvex is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.
